ALFIE Labs: Hand Glazing

Every crown and implant crown is glazed before baking. This yields gorgeous shiny and smooth restorations that pass our ALFIE stamp of approval! In the video, the restoration is purple - but don't worry, it will become tooth-coloured once it is heated to high temperature.

This material is called e.max, a lithium disilicate ceramic, which is super durable and has a nice translucency that looks and feels just like your natural teeth.
