Milling a Surgical Guide

Our ALFIE Adventures today involve creating a new surgical guide - you know, because we love being hands-on dentists and being aware of dental processes from beginning to end.

Surgical templates are used for precision implant planning and placement to ensure the success of the implant. Dentists must make sure that the implant is fully covered by bone, that they don't injure any neighbouring anatomical structures (like nerves) and that it works with adjacent teeth, gums and the jawbone.
