And nowwwwww, she's graciously shared her amazing recipe with us 😍😍😍.

Try it today (especially if you're tired of the sourdough) - it is seriously the best thing ever!!

SAV'S BANANA BREAD

INGREDIENTS:

* 1 1/2 cups flour

* 1 teaspoon baking soda

* 1 cup sugar

* 3 (super) ripe bananas

* 1 egg

* 1/2 cup mayonnaise (LOL, this is not a mistake, just trust us.)

* 1/2 bag sweetened chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended, LOL)

DIRECTIONS:

* Preheat oven to 350F

* Stir together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

* In a separate mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork and combine it with the egg and mayonnaise.

* Stir dry ingredients into wet until just combined (careful not to overmix), then stir in chocolate chips, if using.

* Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour (or until a toothpick can be entered in the centre and removed without any batter sticking).

NOTES:

* Individual ovens vary, so you may have to cover the top with foil if it starts getting too dark.

* You can top with walnuts, but the original doesn't include them :D
